Can you tell me about the set up process?
The set-up process can involve a lot of information and documentation including an application, banking information, and employee information. We do our absolute best to make the set up as easy as possible.

There are not fees for set up with the exception of data conversion.
Submitting Payroll
How do I submit the payroll (employee earnings)?
Our client submit payroll in various formats. You will have access to the employer portal where you can input payroll information. We can also share a spreadsheet. You can also email us the information as well.
Tax Filings
Can you help me understand my tax obligations as the employer?
Yes, we will be happy to go through your state and federal tax obligations.
Coming over from another payroll provider
How do I convert to Major Payroll from another payroll provider?
Retirement Services
Can I get retirement services for my employees even if I don't utilize any payroll services?
Yes. You do not need to use our payroll services to take advantage of our retirement services.
