We will work with you to determine the best way to obtain and store your business transaction information. During this process we will make sure all invoices, expenses, and payments put into to the accounting system and aligned with your bank and credit card accounts.
QuickBooks Clean Up
We can bring your books up to date and get them corrected. During this process, we can clean up your undeposited funds, bank recon errors, clean up your chart of accounts and tailor it to your business. In addition, we make sure all transactions are classified properly.
QuickBooks Online Option
Major Payroll can set you up with a Quickbooks Online account in which you will have access to. However, if you do not need access to QBO or its features, Major Payroll can process your bookkeeping duties and simply provide you monthly reports.
Franchise & Sales Tax Filing/Payments
Even though it is not a part of the bookkeeping process, we can help you get caught up on your franchise and sales tax filings and payments. Along with making any updates with the state comptroller or the Secretary of State.
Business Advisory
Major Payroll is happy to provide you simple business advise on software, best practices, or whatever else you may need.
Client Portal
MP offers you free file storage and access to your business documents for bookkeeping. We will never “keep” or make your business documents inaccessible to you.

No, we do not require contract. You can discontinue service at any time.
How do I pay my fees to Major Payroll?
Our payroll service will automatically debit your business bank account for all fees incurred, this usaully occurs on a monthly basis.
